Aijent vs 1mind · August 2026

1mind's team updates your agent.
With Aijent, you do it yourself.

1mind is a serious product and we are not going to pretend it is not. Their video Superhumans run genuinely good conversations, they pass full transcripts into the CRM, and their customer list includes LinkedIn and HubSpot. The differences are who holds the controls, which CRMs they reach, and what it takes to find out whether it works for you.

The fact: Independent, founded by 6sense's Amanda Kahlow and launched publicly in November 2025. Salesloft named 1mind as Drift's successor in March 2026.

Their own customers describe the difference better than we could. Reviewers on G2 say 1mind is “still building out their self-service tools” for managing conversation flows and updating the knowledge base, and that they rely on 1mind's team for changes. With Aijent you edit your knowledge base, your prompt and your qualification thresholds yourself, and the change is live on the next conversation. Worth checking whether that portal has shipped since, because it was described as coming.

On reach, their published stack names Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesloft, Gong and Gainsight. It does not name Pipedrive or Zoho. Aijent writes the contact, the deal and the full transcript into HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or Zoho. And on booking, a customer describes their agent sharing the right rep's calendar, where Aijent creates a new Zoom, Teams or Google Meet for that specific booking.

Then there is finding out. 1mind publishes no price, their pricing page does not exist, and the only route in is a demo. Their CEO has said on the record that the average contract is six figures and that every customer is on an annual contract, and a typical deployment takes about four weeks of persona workshops and content ingestion. Aijent is a published price, a 14-day trial with no credit card, and one script tag.

1mind is sold the enterprise way, and priced that way.
Aijent is the one you can have running this afternoon.

  • Aijent: aijency.ai/pricing - $199/mo flat, 200 conversations included, no setup fee, no contract, and a 14-day trial with no credit card. Capabilities audited against the live production platform.
  • 1mind pricing: 1mind publishes nothing. Their pricing page returns a 404 and the only route is a demo or a contact form. Their CEO told TechCrunch in November 2025 that the average contract is six figures and that every customer is on an annual contract, which is upwards of $10,000 a month. Implementation is charged on top.
