Two products
Aijency makes two products, and this help centre covers both.
Aijent is the AI agent for your website. It answers visitor questions from your own content, qualifies leads, and books meetings straight into your calendar. It writes everything it captures to your CRM.
Aijent Relay answers visitor questions from your knowledge base and passes anything it cannot handle to your team by email or Slack. It does not book meetings, qualify leads or connect to a CRM. If you are on Aijent Relay, follow the Aijent Relay section, which is written for that product on its own. Anything outside it is written for Aijent.
A note on plans
Some capabilities are only on certain plans. Every article that describes one carries a plan label at the top, so you always know whether it applies to you before you read on.
