Sub-processors
Last updated 3 August 2026
What this page is
A sub-processor is a company we have chosen that handles personal data on our behalf so that Aijent can work. This is the complete list. Each row says what data actually reaches that company, not just what they do for us.
Systems you connect, such as your CRM, your calendar and your Slack workspace, are not on this list. They are your own accounts, not our sub-processors. What we ask permission to do in them is set out in the privacy policy.
Suppliers that do not handle personal data are not sub-processors and are not listed here. How our systems are secured is covered on the security page.
The register
| Company | What they do for us | What reaches them | Where |
|---|---|---|---|
| Anthropic | Generates your Aijent's replies | The conversation so far, your knowledge base content, and the free meeting times read from your calendar | United States |
| Voyage AI | Finds the right passage of your knowledge base to answer a question | The visitor's question, on every turn where knowledge is used, and your knowledge base content when it is first indexed | United States |
| Kickbox | Checks an email address is real before a booking is made | The visitor's email address | United States |
| Firecrawl | Reads your website so your Aijent can answer from it | Whatever is published on the pages of your website we read | United States |
| Supabase | Stores your data | All lead details and full conversation transcripts | Australia, ap-southeast-2 Sydney |
| Vercel | Runs the application | Handled in passing while a request runs, never stored here | Australia, ap-southeast-2 Sydney for compute |
| Stripe | Takes subscription payments | Your billing details. No website visitor data ever reaches Stripe | United States |
| Resend | Sends email | Recipient addresses, and the full conversation transcript attached to an escalation email | United States |
| Sentry | Reports application errors so we can fix them | Diagnostic data only. Personal data is stripped before sending and session recording is off | United States |
| PostHog | Product analytics for the customer dashboard | The identity of signed-in customer staff. Website visitors are never sent to PostHog | United States |
| OpenAI | Standby only for Aijent replies | Nothing today. If ever switched on it would receive what Anthropic receives | United States |
Changes to this list
This register is reviewed whenever our systems change.
If you have a contractual right to be notified before we add a sub-processor, email info@aijency.ai and we will add you to the notification list.
Where your data actually lives
Your stored data, meaning lead details and conversation transcripts, lives in Australia, in Supabase’s Sydney region. The application runs on Vercel with compute pinned to Sydney.
Several companies in the list above are in the United States, and data reaches them in the course of a conversation, as set out in the table. If you need data residency in a stricter sense than “stored in Australia”, talk to us before you buy rather than after.
