Aijent vs Salesforce Agentforce · Updated September 2026

Agentforce is built for the enterprise.
Aijent books your inbound meetings.
Your Salesforce just gained a closer.

Aijent isn't an enterprise AI platform you configure for months.
It's a purpose-built agent that's live on your site tonight, and syncs every booking straight into Salesforce.

Salesforce Agentforce is a remarkable platform. It's built to deploy AI agents across an entire Salesforce ecosystem: service, sales, field service, employee workflows. If you have the team and budget to configure and maintain it, it's powerful.

Aijent was built for one job: your inbound pipeline.

Take an anonymous website visitor, qualify them through natural conversation, create a Zoom or Teams meeting, send a calendar invite to their inbox, and log the contact, deal, and full transcript in Salesforce. Automatically. Tonight. Without a developer, an admin, or a consultant.

Aijent does that job, at any Salesforce edition.

On Salesforce, but not on Agentforce?

Agentforce's per-user add-on needs Enterprise Edition and starts at $125/user/month on top of your base licences. Aijent gives you a fully autonomous inbound sales agent with native Salesforce sync from $199/month, no edition upgrade, no Data Cloud, no credits.

Already running Agentforce?

Agentforce handles your enterprise service and internal workflows.

Aijent handles inbound website sales: qualify, book, and sync in one conversation.

Two tools. Two jobs. One Salesforce.

Agentforce is a platform for building agents.
Aijent is the agent, already built.

No topics to define. No flows to configure. No 30-day tuning period.

The complete picture

Best for
  • Your website qualifies and books leads 24/7 with Aijent
  • Your enterprise teams run on Agentforce
  • Your Salesforce CRM captures every booking automatically
One CRM. No gaps.

Not every business books meetings. You choose how Aijent closes.

Set it per Aijent, and it is the same qualifying conversation either way. On every plan.

Book the meeting

Aijent checks your calendar, offers real times, creates the Zoom, Teams or Meet itself and sends the invite, then writes the contact, deal and transcript into Salesforce.

Offer your CTA or sign-up link

Aijent qualifies the same way, then hands over your own link instead: free trial, quote, application, checkout. The click is tracked and the conversion is written back onto the Salesforce record.

When a visitor isn't ready to book, Aijent still wins the lead

Support agent

Add a second agent that answers strictly from your own content: PDFs, docs, your website. It never invents an answer and never forces a booking.

Instant human callback

When a visitor wants a person, Aijent captures their details and instantly creates a contact + a call-back task + the full transcript in Salesforce. No lead lost to a dead-end chat.

Three models; credits don't roll over

Salesforce capabilities and pricing re-verified 16 September 2026 on salesforce.com/agentforce/pricing: the Agentforce add-on remains $125/user/month on Enterprise or Unlimited Edition, a standard action is 20 Flex Credits (about $0.10) and voice 30 (about $0.15), and Agentforce 1 starts at about $550/user/month. Sources: salesforce.com/agentforce, Redress Compliance Licensing Guide 2026, oliv.ai, cynoteck.com. Salesforce pricing changes often; confirm with a Salesforce representative.

Understanding Agentforce pricing

Salesforce runs three Agentforce pricing models at once. Current as of September 2026.

Flex Credits
$500 / 100k credits

Each standard action ≈ 20 credits ($0.10); voice ≈ 30 ($0.15). One action ≈ 10k tokens. Unused credits don't roll over.

Conversations
Price on request

Charged per conversation whether the AI resolved it or escalated. Salesforce no longer prints the rate on its pricing page. Can't run in the same org as Flex Credits. You pick one model.

Per-user licence
$125 /user/mo

Agentforce add-on (Enterprise/Unlimited only). Vertical add-on $150. Agentforce 1 from ~$550 (incl. Data Cloud). A $5/user/mo employee licence exists but needs Flex Credits on top. Base Sales Cloud Enterprise from ~$165/user/mo.

Salesforce Foundations offers a limited free Agentforce tier with capped credits, useful for trials, not a production inbound deployment. Source: salesforce.com/agentforce/pricing/, September 2026.
