Adding your Aijent to your website is two steps: add your website in your dashboard, then paste one piece of code into your site. It usually takes a couple of minutes. Add your website first, because your Aijent will not run on a site you have not added, and doing it the other way round is the most common reason it does not appear.

That is deliberate: it stops anyone who gets hold of your code from putting your Aijent, and your conversation allowance, on a site you do not own.
