Starter plan
The entry plan. Everything you need to qualify leads and book meetings.
Starter is the entry plan and includes the whole core of Aijent: answering from your knowledge, qualifying visitors, booking meetings and writing to your CRM. It covers one website, one Aijent and two team seats, includes Live Human Handover, and comes with a 14 day free trial. It does not include a support Aijent, SureGate, page rules, in-page placement or CSV export.
Starter includes the whole core of Aijent: it answers from your knowledge, qualifies visitors, books meetings into your calendar, and writes what it captures to your CRM. Nothing about the conversation itself is held back on this plan.
It also includes Live Human Handover: when a visitor asks for a person, someone from your team can join the chat.

What Starter is good for
One website, one Aijent, and one person handling the leads. That covers most small businesses starting out.
What you do not get
- A support Aijent. Starter gives you one Aijent, the sales one.
- Attention and auto-open behaviours, such as a nudge on the launcher or opening automatically after a delay.
- Page-level targeting, so your Aijent appears across your whole website rather than on chosen pages.
- In-page placement, embedding your Aijent inside a page instead of the corner.
- SureGate, the rules-based screening that turns away poor-fit visitors.
- CSV export of your conversations.
Extra conversations
Going past your monthly allowance does not stop your Aijent. Extra conversations are charged, so if you regularly exceed it, compare that cost with the price of the next plan up. During the free trial it is different: your Aijent stops answering once you reach the allowance. See trials, plans and billing.
When to move up
To Growth when you want more conversations, a second Aijent, more than one website, CSV export, or you want to turn away poor-fit visitors automatically.
