Your account

Who can sign in, what you can change, and how to delete everything.

All plans

Aijent plans include one sign-in, whichever plan you are on. Aijent Relay includes three seats. You can change your password and turn on two-factor authentication from Account Settings, but changing the email address you sign in with is not self-service. There is also a Danger zone there that permanently deletes everything, so treat it carefully.

Everything here is under Account Settings in your dashboard.

Who can sign in

On Aijent plans, your account has one sign-in. Starter, Growth and Pro all include a single seat, whichever plan you are on. Adding more Aijents does not add more people.

Aijent Relay includes three seats, because escalations are worked by a team rather than one person. See your team.

Do not share one login

If several people need access on an Aijent plan, get in touch rather than sharing credentials. A shared login means you cannot tell who changed what, and it makes two-factor authentication far harder to manage.

What you can change

Changing the email address you sign in with is not self-service. Get in touch rather than creating a second account, which would leave your conversations, knowledge and connections behind on the old one.

If the person who set it up has left

This is common and fixable. Get in touch from a company address and we will help you recover the account. Do not start a new one: you would lose your knowledge base, your conversation history and your connected accounts.

Worth doing before it happens: make sure more than one person knows which address the account is under.

The danger zone

Account Settings has a Danger zone with a Delete all data option.

This is permanent and immediate

It deletes everything for your account: every Aijent, every conversation, every lead, your knowledge base and your connected accounts. It cannot be undone and we cannot recover it for you.

You have to type DELETE to confirm. That is the only thing standing between you and it.

If you are leaving, cancel instead. Cancelling keeps your data recoverable for a grace period in case you change your mind, and stops the billing. See cancelling.

If this is a privacy request, get in touch first. There is usually a narrower answer than deleting your whole account.
