Making answers better
What to add when your Aijent is not answering well.
If your Aijent is answering poorly, the fix is almost always to give it more, not to change a setting. Add what your website leaves out: prices, terms, availability, and the answers your team repeats by email every week. Read your real conversations to find the gaps, because every question it could not answer is a piece of knowledge worth adding.
If your Aijent is giving thin answers, the fix is almost always to give it more, not to change a setting.
Add what your website leaves out. Your public site is written to market. Your customers ask about price, availability, terms, what happens if something goes wrong, and whether you cover their situation. Those answers are usually nowhere on your site.
Write down what your team repeats. If somebody answers the same question five times a week by email, that answer belongs in your knowledge base.
Read your real conversations. The fastest way to improve your Aijent is to look at what visitors actually asked and where it had nothing useful to say.
Be specific about the awkward things. If you do not service a region, or have a minimum order, say so plainly. A clear no is a good customer experience, and it stops your Aijent taking a meeting you did not want.
Start with your real conversations
Everything your visitors have asked is in your dashboard. Read a week of it and you will find the gaps faster than by guessing. Every question your Aijent could not answer is a piece of knowledge worth adding.
