Finding your way around

What each part of your dashboard is for, and the setup guide that walks you through it.

All plans

Your dashboard has five main sections: Dashboard for today's numbers, Aijents where you build and configure, Integrations for your calendar and CRM, Analytics for every conversation, and Account Settings for your plan and security. When you first sign in, a setup guide walks you through getting live in five steps, or four on Aijent Relay.

The setup guide

When you first sign in, your dashboard walks you through getting live, one step at a time, linking straight to the right place for each.

On Aijent it is five steps:

  1. Finalise your Aijent's configuration. Name, voice, and how it behaves.
  2. Add knowledge. Beyond what was read from your website at signup.
  3. Connect your integrations. Calendar, video and CRM.
  4. Set your website and pages. Where your Aijent is allowed to appear.
  5. Copy and install the code.

On Aijent Relay it is four:

  1. Add more knowledge.
  2. Personalise your Aijent.
  3. Invite your team. Your plan includes three seats.
  4. Copy and install the code.

You do not have to use it, and you can come back to it. It is a checklist, not a gate.

The main sections

Dashboard is your daily glance: today's numbers and your ten most recent conversations. Not for analysis, just for a look.

Aijents is where you build. Every setting for every Aijent lives here, across its tabs: configuration, appearance, knowledge, qualification, and installation.

Integrations is where your calendar, video and CRM connect. (Aijent Relay does not have this. It has Escalations instead, since Relay does not book meetings or use a CRM.)

Analytics is every conversation you have ever had, with outcomes, transcripts and export. See analytics.

Account Settings is your plan, billing, security and the danger zone. See your account.

On Aijent Relay there is also Conversations, which is the inbox your team works through. See your conversations inbox.

The tabs inside an Aijent

  • Config is its identity, voice and the on and off switch.
  • Appearance is colour, logo, greeting and behaviours.
  • Qualification is how much it establishes before offering, and screening.
  • SureGate is your firm rules about who you can serve.
  • Knowledge is what it can answer from.
  • Installation is your website list and your code.

Not every tab appears for every Aijent. A support Aijent has no qualification or SureGate, because it does not qualify anybody.
