The words used in your dashboard and in this help centre, in plain English. Aijent is the product, Aijency is the company. A conversation is one visitor's session, not one message, and that is what your monthly allowance counts.
Aijent Your AI agent. The thing that talks to visitors on your website. Aijency is the company; Aijent is the product.
Aijent Relay A separate product that answers questions and passes anything it cannot handle to your team. It does not book meetings, qualify leads or use a CRM.
Conversation One visitor's session, not one message. Somebody asking five questions in one visit is one conversation. This is what your monthly allowance counts.
Lead A visitor who gave enough detail to be followed up, usually a name and email.
Escalation, or callback When your Aijent cannot help and hands the visitor to a person. Called an escalation on Relay, a callback on Aijent, and you can rename it.
Qualification Establishing whether a visitor is worth meeting, and how ready they are.
Qualification level How much your Aijent establishes before offering a meeting. Set to Balanced by default. See qualification level.
BANT Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline. A long-standing sales shorthand for the four things worth knowing before a meeting.
Visitor Screening Describing who is not a fit so your Aijent stops trying to convert them. A judgement call. See visitor screening.
SureGate Firm, exact rules about who you can serve, enforced by our servers rather than by your Aijent. See SureGate.
Fit The rating Visitor Screening gives a conversation: good fit, below fit, or not a fit.
Outcome What came of a conversation: a meeting booked, a link clicked, an escalation, or nothing.
Conversion outcome What your Aijent works towards: booking a meeting, or sharing a link.
CTA link The link your Aijent shares instead of booking, such as a free trial or a quote request. See CTA links.
Knowledge base Everything your Aijent can answer from: your website pages, your documents and your product catalogue.
Crawl Reading your website to turn it into knowledge.
Product catalogue Your actual products, read from your store, so your Aijent can answer about them precisely. See product catalogue.
Launcher The button or tab your Aijent waits in before somebody opens it.
In-page placement Putting your Aijent inside a page, already open, instead of in the corner. See in-page placement.
Install code The small piece of code you paste into your website. Unique to your account.
Website A site you have added to your account. Your Aijent only runs on websites you have added.
Page rules Limiting your Aijent to certain pages of a website. See page rules.
Overage Conversations beyond your monthly allowance, charged per conversation on Aijent plans.
Seat One person who can sign in. Aijent plans include one; Relay includes three.
Support Aijent A second kind of Aijent that answers questions instead of selling. See the Support Aijent.
