Improving your Aijent

CTA links

When a sign-up, quote or checkout link converts better than a meeting, and how CTA links work.

All Aijent plans

A CTA link is what your Aijent shares instead of booking a meeting: a free trial, a quote request, a checkout. You choose the action from a fixed set of six and give it the link. Your Aijent still qualifies the visitor, then names the fit, offers, and waits for a yes before sharing. You can see how many were offered and how many clicked in your analytics.

Not every business wants a meeting. If your buyer can start a trial, request a quote, enrol or simply buy, then asking them to book a call is a step backwards.

Conversion outcome on the Qualification tab lets you choose. Instead of booking, your Aijent shares your link at the right moment.

Self-serve products, where somebody can start without talking to anybody.

Lower-priced offers, where a sales call costs more than the sale is worth.

High volume, where you could not take every meeting even if you wanted to.

A specific next step that is genuinely better than a conversation: a quote form, a booking engine, a checkout.

If your sale genuinely needs a conversation, keep booking meetings. A link offered to somebody who wanted to talk is a lost sale.

Choosing the action

You pick from a set of actions, and the wording is fixed so it stays clear and consistent:

  • Start your free trial
  • Request a quote
  • Enrol now
  • Save your seat
  • Buy now
  • Get started

Then you give the link it points to. Choose the one that matches what actually happens next, because the visitor should not be surprised by where they land.

How your Aijent handles it

It still qualifies to the depth you have set. The difference is only what happens at the end.

Then it does something worth understanding: it names the fit, offers, and waits for a yes before sharing the link. It does not fire a link at somebody who has not agreed to receive one.

It also does not collect contact details first. Your sign-up page does that, and asking twice is friction that costs you conversions.

You can see what happens next

The link your Aijent shares is tracked, so your analytics shows a funnel: how many people were offered the link, and how many clicked it.

That second number is the useful one. A low click rate usually means the offer is coming too early, or going to the wrong people, rather than that your link is wrong.

You can also close the loop and see how many actually signed up, which requires connecting your sign-up form back to Aijency. That turns your analytics from "how many conversations" into "how much revenue", which is a different conversation with yourself entirely.

Both, on different Aijents

On Growth and above you can run more than one Aijent. A common split is a booking Aijent on your enterprise pages and a link Aijent on your self-serve pages, each pointed at the right pages.

Your Aijent carries on and can still answer questions. What it says at that point is your post-conversion message.
