Your Aijent Relay plan
The two Aijent Relay plans, what each includes, what happens at your limit, and how the free trial works.
Aijent Relay has two plans. Both include Live Human Handover. Relay Starter is AUD 49 a month with 50 conversations, three team seats and a 14 day free trial with no credit card. Relay Growth is AUD 99 a month with 200 conversations, five team seats, in-page placement, attention and auto-open behaviours and CSV export, and no trial. On either paid plan, going past your allowance does not stop your Aijent: extra conversations are AUD 0.50 each on your next invoice.
Aijent Relay has two plans, Relay Starter and Relay Growth. Both do the whole job: answer from your knowledge base and pass visitors to your team when they need a person. Relay Growth handles more conversations, gives you more seats and adds three extras.

What both plans include
- Live Human Handover: your team joins when a visitor asks for a person. See Live Human Handover.

What Relay Growth adds
- More conversations and more team seats, as in the table above.

The free trial
Relay Starter comes with a 14 day free trial, and no credit card is required. Relay Growth has no trial: you pay when you sign up.
Your trial ends rather than converting
Because we never took a card, nothing happens automatically at the end of the 14 days. Your subscription simply ends and your Aijent stops appearing on your website. To keep it, add your card before then. Note that billing starts the day you add the card, not on day 14.
During the trial your knowledge allowances are lower than on the paid plan. They lift when your subscription starts.
What counts as a conversation
One visitor's session, not one message. Somebody who asks five questions in one visit is one conversation, and if they come back shortly afterwards and continue, that is still the same one.
Conversations you have with your own Aijent while testing count too.
If you reach your allowance
You will be told as you approach it:
- An email at 50%, 75% and 90% of your allowance
- Another email when you pass it, on a paid plan
- A banner in your dashboard
On a paid plan, nothing stops. Your Aijent keeps answering. Each extra conversation is AUD 0.50, added to your next invoice. If it happens most months on Relay Starter, compare what the extra conversations cost you with the price of Relay Growth in the table above.
During the free trial it is different. Your Aijent stops answering visitors for the rest of the trial once you reach the allowance. If your site is busy, keep an eye on it or add your card to lift the limit.
Changing plan
Once you have added a card, you can move between Relay Starter and Relay Growth from your billing page. Select Upgrade or Downgrade on the plan you want and you will be taken to a secure Stripe page to make the change.
A Relay account sees only the two Relay plans. Aijent Relay is a separate product rather than a step on the Aijent plan ladder, so to move between Aijent Relay and Aijent, get in touch.
Cancelling
During the trial, use Cancel subscription on your billing page. Once you are paying, cancel through the same Stripe page as plan changes. Either way cancelling is not immediate: during a trial your Aijent keeps working until the trial ends, and on a paid plan until the end of the period you have paid for. Managing payment
Once you have added a card, the plan buttons on your billing page open Stripe, our payment provider, on a secure page. Your card is held by Stripe, never by us. If you need to update your card or get a copy of an invoice and cannot find it there, get in touch.
