Your Aijent Relay plan
What is included, what happens at your limit, and how the free trial works.
Aijent Relay is a single plan with 200 conversations a month, one website, one Aijent, 25 knowledge documents, three team seats and CSV export. It comes with a 14 day free trial and no credit card required. On the paid plan, going past 200 conversations does not stop your Aijent and nothing extra is charged.
Aijent Relay is a single plan. There are no tiers to choose between and nothing to outgrow into.

The free trial
14 days, and no credit card required. You get the full product.
Your trial ends rather than converting
Because we never took a card, nothing happens automatically at the end of the 14 days. Your subscription simply ends and your Aijent stops appearing on your website. To keep it, add your card before then. Note that billing starts the day you add the card, not on day 14.
During the trial your knowledge allowances are lower than on the paid plan. They lift when your subscription starts.
What counts as a conversation
One visitor's session, not one message. Somebody who asks five questions in one visit is one conversation, and if they come back shortly afterwards and continue, that is still the same one.
Conversations you have with your own Aijent while testing count too.
If you reach 200 in a month
On the paid plan, nothing stops and nothing extra is charged. Your Aijent keeps answering. We will let you know you have gone past your allowance, and if that becomes normal for you, it is worth a conversation about your volume.
During the free trial it is different. Your Aijent stops answering visitors for the rest of the trial. If your site is busy, keep an eye on it or add your card to lift the limit.
Changing or cancelling
Aijent Relay is a separate product rather than a step on the Aijent plan ladder, so there is no plan grid to move around. For anything about your plan, your volume, or cancelling, get in touch.
Managing payment
Once you have added a card, Manage payment details on your billing page opens Stripe, where you can update it and see your invoices. Your card is held by Stripe, never by us.
